FMS confirms management buyout of Sealegs.

Future Mobility Solutions (FMS) has reached an agreement for the management buyout of New Zealand headquartered amphibious craft manufacturer, Sealegs.

The management buyout is led by David McKee Wright CEO and founder of Sealegs.

Eric Series FMS chairman said “Sealegs is the world leader in Amphibious Craft and Amphibious Enablement Systems. The Sealegs management buyout is a vote of confidence in New Zealand manufacturing, skills, and intellectual property. Following the announcement of the 14th September 2021, FMS will remain a 25% shareholder of Sealegs.
